Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription from LANMOTION, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the subscription price and frequency displayed during checkout.
Our monthly Flavor Pack subscription renews every 30 days unless it is paused or canceled before the next billing date. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may also be charged with each renewal and will be displayed during checkout.
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

There is no cancellation fee.
Effect of Cancellation
Canceling your subscription prevents future recurring charges and future subscription shipments.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed or processed. If a renewal order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund or return request will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Skipping or Pausing
Where available, customers may skip an upcoming delivery or pause their subscription through their customer account.
A paused subscription will not generate additional subscription charges or shipments until it is resumed.
Changes to Flavor Selection
Where available, customers may update their flavor selection before the next billing date. Changes submitted after a renewal order has been processed may apply to the following subscription cycle.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment. We may notify you and request that you update your payment information.
We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be successfully collected.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
If the subscription price changes, we will provide notice before the new price applies. You may cancel your subscription before the updated price takes effect.
