At Lanmotion, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Any hygiene seals or protective packaging must remain intact.
- Bundle products must be returned as a complete set.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened products that have been used cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Return Method and Address
Returns are accepted by mail only. Please contact support@lanmotiontech.com and obtain return authorization before sending any product back. The correct return address and instructions will be provided in the authorization email. Returns sent without authorization or to the sender address shown on the original parcel may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact support@lanmotiontech.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
